The talented Clinton I-son Hardwell competed in the stallion competition under Bart Bles and this year he left his mark on the central foal show of Brabant, where both the champion and the vice champion descended from him. Dam Wicklow performed in the 1.35m classes and is a halfsister of the international 1.50m horse Amerigo (s.Ephebe for Ever) of Philippe Rozier. Her sire Coolcorron Cool Diamond jumped at the highest level with Robert Splaine and produced a number of international show jumpers from a limited number of offspring, including the famous Waterford. This line goes back to the mare Renaissance, who is listed as granddam of the extremely successful Grand Prix stallion Verdi (s.Quidam de Revel) of Maikel van der Vleuten. This famous Calypso I-mare out of the Holsteiner damline 474A can also be found in the damline of Grand Prix horses like ABC Trixi (s.Quidam de Revel) and the stallion Vingino (s.Voltaire), as well as top sire Calato (s.Capitol I).
