In the pedigree of Nirvana we see three sport mares in a row. Dam Doutzenminka competed in 1.30m classes successfully, while granddam Willeminka and great-granddam Pheminka have proven their qualities at 1.35m level. Willeminka passed the IBOP mare test with 79.5 points and foaled alongside Doutzenminka a 1.30m horse by Zapatero VDL. A half-brother of her was successful in America at 1.35m level, the Pacific-son Vanquish under the saddle of Tonya Henning. From this direct part of the Minka-damline also descend the international jumping horses Rhett (by Marlon), Minka’s Diamond (by Indoctro) and Barcelona (by Mr.Blue). Two well-known Dutch damlines are brought together, because combined with this prominent family is the promising Jenssen VDL. This representative of the well-known Sinaa-damline is approved scoring 86.5 points and produced out of his first crop of foals the champion foal of Friesland this year.
