The genetically intriguing stallion Panenka de Kalvarie stands out in the sport under his new rider Gilles Thomas, with whom he has already jumped his first 1.45m classes. From the second crop of this nine-year-old Zangersheide approved stallion comes the promising Pal-V Z, who carries the genes of another prominent Belgian sport lineage through his dam’s sire Hotspot. Hotspot himself impresses in the international classes under Mathijs van Asten, with whom he has already competed at 1.55m level, and he is also making good progress in breeding. Dam Lizzy-Co performs at 1.30m level, and granddam Abbyco passed the mare test with a score of 82 points, including a 9 for scope, after being selected for the National Mare Championship as a three-year-old.
