In the pedigree of the promising Piquet, we find three Z2 level elite mares stacked on the dam’s side. Granddam Prizarma competed in the national mare championship (NMK), and her two oldest offspring are both performing in the Small Tour: Hudson (s.Uphill) and Uzarmus (s.Hamlet). Prizarma is a half-sister of both the Small Tour dressage horse Dior RR (s.Lord Loxley) and the ZZ-Zwaar/fifth level performer Uzarma (s.Ferro). Piquet is sired by the highly talented champion stallion Jameson RS2, who is achieving great results in the international Small Tour under Marieke van der Putten and also shows great promise as a breeding stallion. Other successful horses out of Piquet’s direct damline are the international Young Riders horse Allure S (s.Rousseau) ridden by Rebekah Mingari, who was previously competing in the Small Tour under Angela Jackson, as well as the Small Tour horse Idzard (s.Beaujolais).
