After Jovian became World Champion of the five-year-old dressage horses in 2019, he repeated that outstanding achievement two years later as a seven-year-old. Last year, the Apache son made an astonishing debut in the international Grand Prix under Andreas Helgstrand, which resulted in no less than four victories. This Pride was bred from a full sister of Jovian and his dam Idol scored 78.5 points in the IBOP including an 8.5 for the trot. Besides Jovian, granddam Zinith also foaled the national Grand Prix dressage horse Friend (s.Rousseau) ridden by Christopher Hickey. In the third generation we find the mare Minou, who produced -among others- the ZZ-Licht (fourth level) dressage horse Beaumonde (s.United) and is listed as the granddam of the KWPN approved stallion Astrix (s.Obelisk). Under Emmelie Scholtens, this stallion won the World Championship for young dressage horses twice and eventually competed at Intermediate II level with Daniëlle van de Groep.
