Sire McLaren is making waves in the international Small Tour under Dinja van Liere, and Sir Zelensky R is from his first official crop. Earlier, the light-footed McLaren achieved great success in the stallion competitions, securing overall victories twice. In the second generation of Sir Zelensky R’s pedigree, we encounter the accomplished Grand Prix stallion Desperado, who competed at the European Championships in Rotterdam with Emmelie Scholtens. In breeding, he is establishing himself as a producer of Grand Prix horses, with offspring such as Indian Jones 3, Dettori, Ivanhoe, Ivar, and the Olympic horse Jane. Granddam Zifra competed at Z2 (3^rd-4^th) level, and this damline has also produced ZZ-Licht (4^th) level horses such as Guesss, Sunrise V, and Ivette. In the fourth generation, the line traces back to a half-sister of the international Grand Prix horse Apollo ridden by Mieko Yagi. Additional dressage talent is contributed by the Small Tour stallion Metall in the third generation.
